1) Go to the official Diamond Leader page

Select Create an Account (first-time users) or Login to Training Portal (returning users).
2) Create your Training Portal account (first-time users)

Click Create an Account.

Register using the requested information and confirm your account/login.
3) Log in and launch the course

Click Login to Training Portal and sign in.

Locate Diamond Leader Training Program in the course catalog/dashboard and select Start/Launch.
4) Complete all course sections

Work through each module until the course shows Completed.
5) Download and save your completion certificate

After completion, access your certificate in the Training Portal.

Save it (PDF or screenshot)
6) Email proof

Keep a copy for your records.
